“My Wife and I, who both grew up around dogs, have been amazed by Hades. He exemplifies all of the traits we love about labs: he is loyal, obedient, and does a great job of adapting to the environment, whether that be hiking, retrieving, a lazy day, or being around kids or the elderly. The greatest complements we receive about him are for his temperament. Watching him around kids is incredible, whether it’s 3 different kids who all want to play fetch with him, or a 2 year old that rolls the ball to him from a few feet away, Hades does an excellent job making kids feel comfortable and being gentle.”

“Scott at AZ Hunting Labs is breeding high quality labs. The labs are trainable for either home or competition and healthy. We made the 6 hour road trip from west Texas to meet Scott and his pups. Our lab is currently training for AKC and HRC hunt test, it was well worth the trip as we were looking for a healthy and very trainable lab. Zeus has been complimented multiple times at different hunt competitions as a beautiful, very energetic chocolate lab. We have had Zeus for a year and half and we couldn’t be happier. Scott is producing high quality labs at AZ Hunting Labs.”

“I still can’t believe that I found AZ Hunting Labs when I did! As a midwestern transplant, I have seen pointing labs work in the past and to see Scott’s passion around bringing these amazing hunting companions to the West is infectious. My pup Dakota has the most intense drive I have seen in a lab and yet still turns it off in the house around the kids. She is smart as a whip and has easily taken to training since the day we brought her home. I get so many compliments on her at the hunt club and more than one offer to purchase her outright! We are in the process of training for upcoming hunt tests and for next years season in the field. I expect to use her here in Arizona for dove, quail, and of course, waterfowl. Her pedigree is second to none and will live up to every bit of it! Thanks Scott!”

“I got my boy Brody from Scott about a year and a half ago, I would definitely recommend Scott and his dogs to anyone that is looking for a high quality hunting dog with both brains and beauty! Right from the start Brody was a really fun pup to work and train with, his natural retrieve and desire to please are the product of a selective breeding. I took Brody on a tough 4 day pheasant hunt in Iowa when he was just 6 months old and he stayed out front in a beautiful hunt pattern the entire time, not only did he bring back our dead birds, he tracked wounded roosters that had run over a hundred yards on multiple occasions!! Brody also marks very well, he isn’t afraid of anything and he loves the water. I have been a bird hunter all my life, a law enforcement K9 handler for a few years, and a breeder myself for the last 15 years so I have seen a lot of dogs to say the least, Brody is one of the special ones that don’t come along very often. Thanks again Scott for producing a great litter and an amazing dog like Brody!”
